The chocolate truffle-making experience was really interesting and a special way to celebrate a birthday. Thank you so much!

I booked the Beyers Chocolate Experience for 9 people (6 adults and 3 children). The booking process was unclear I was charged for 9 adults, even though child and teen rates exist. When I queried this on arrival, I was told that group bookings are charged at adult prices and that the “extra” person I paid for could only be redeemed in the shop. The actual experience was very disappointing. Our facilitator struggled to explain the process clearly, everything felt rushed, and at times we were left on our own. We weren’t properly guided through making the chocolates, and even simple requests (like tasting or piping fillings) were met with resistance. Instead of being a fun, interactive chocolate-making workshop, it felt more like we were just watching someone else do it. Although a refund was processed afterwards and I received a follow-up email, the experience itself was already ruined. Sadly, it was poor value for money and far from the engaging “chocolate experience” that was promised. Ps . I didn't throw the chocolates filled with raspberry and mint away !

What a treat! The chocolate factory workshop was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The guided explanation was both educational and engaging — it was fascinating to learn how cocoa beans are transformed into the chocolates we know and love. The staff were knowledgeable, passionate, and made the whole process easy to understand. The highlight, of course, was the hands-on chocolate-making session. Getting to mold and decorate our own creations made the visit extra special (and delicious!). Everything was well-organized, hygienic, and plenty of fun. I left with not only my handmade chocolates but also a bag full of goodies from the shop. I’d highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for something fun, interactive, and a little indulgent. Perfect for families, friends, or even as a date activity

Amazing experience at the chocolate class! Definitely worth it. You gain knowledge of the history of chocolate as well as how it's made then get to make your own chocolates but also take them home after! The café is absolutely spectacular. LOVE the desserts and pleasant service. The Chocolate shop has endless options at very affordable prices. 10/10 recommend this place.
