Enjoy the flavours of the countryside and the relaxing farm ambiance in an old stable, restored with care by the Louw family, where they’ve been making wine for six generations. Here locally grown and regionally sourced produce inspire Chef Martin De Kock to blend his classical French training with the flavours of Provencal France, Spain and a touch of Asia. The herbs and some of the vegetables are from the kitchen garden, the preserves and pickles are home-made and the bread freshly baked. Diemersdal Farm Eatery is closed on Mondays.

    I cannot fault the service or the food, and especially not the wine. However, charging R250 for barely a 100g piece of kingklip I feel is somewhat excessive.

    Very nice Sunday lunch, the experience was very good, even Jamie Oliver called in for lunch while we were there.

    It was super special. For my birthday chef Martin created a bespoke menu wih 8 courses and it was divine! The best food ever.
