Enjoy the flavours of the countryside and the relaxing farm ambiance in an old stable, restored with care by the Louw family, where they’ve been making wine for six generations. Here locally grown and regionally sourced produce inspire Chef Martin De Kock to blend his classical French training with the flavours of Provencal France, Spain and a touch of Asia. The herbs and some of the vegetables are from the kitchen garden, the preserves and pickles are home-made and the bread freshly baked. Diemersdal Farm Eatery is closed on Mondays.

    Divine dinner at Diemersdal last night. Florence was amazing. Food was excellent and wine fabulous. Thanks Rudi and team, you have a great spot. We'll be back.

    Special Durbanville 200 year celebration. Restaurant was full, set 5 courses with wine pairing. Food was excellent especially considering the number of people bing served course by course. A little slower than normal but understandable. Still one of our top destinations in the Western Cape

    An absolute joy to dine here. We are regular visitors and they treat us like kings and queens in their family of The Farm Eatery. I would highly recommend this venue!

    Great Sunday tapas lunch. The menue was exciting and dishes well presented and fresh. Sitting outside, on a sunny day, was glorious. Constructive criticism on the food, and the ceviche in particular. The flavours and were good especially the curry, and the presentation was beautiful, but it missed something, likely the usual acidity found in ceviche. All in all a very good lunch.

    An extra touch was a printed note of congratulations made out to us personally. A small sweet gesture that banked a lot of points.
