At the epicurean table, water is the quiet hero — enhancing wine and elevating every bite.
Our fine waters are more than just refreshing; they are a celebration of health, wellness, and the essential role water plays in our lives. Each sip from our curated collection offers real value, contributing to your overall well-being.

Join us at The Water Library for a unique journey where water becomes an experience. Discover how different waters — from local to international sources — can vary in taste, texture, and effect on the palate.

In this guided 45-minute session, we’ll taste six fine waters: three still and three sparkling.
To showcase water’s unique role at the table, we also include a wine and water pairing, demonstrating how the right water can transform the taste of both food and wine.

    What an incredible experience! Nico was so informative and he made the entire water tasting fascinating from start to finish. I never realised how much there is to learn about water It was fun, unique and eye-opening. Highly recommend!

    What a fascinating experience. I never knew that there was so much to learn about water. Considering water plays such a huge role in our lives, I found this experience to be insightful and leave me with plenty of food for thought. Educational and interactive.
