Facing onto the Piazza in the heart of the vibrant Melrose Arch precinct, the newest addition to The Grillhouse group, The Grillhouse Melrose Arch, offers indoor and outdoor dining all year round.
Art deco furnishings and subtle lighting, reminiscent of the classic New York grillhouse, the decor cleverly combines raw face brick, black leather seating and fine timber to create a warm earthy feel. There are private dining rooms, and a wine cellar, for you to choose from a huge selection of local and imported bottles.

    Waiter was shocking. Mixed up our food order & got irritated as we took time to choose our meal. Food was excellent.

    Had my Dad’s 80th birthday lunch at The Grillhouse, Melrose Arch. We were a table of about 30. Absolutely everything from the service, ambience and the amazing food exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much to Marian, Timon, Mike and Clement for making it a memorable day for my Dad.

    Unfortunately we asked for all 3 burgers to be medium done and they were well done. We should have sent them back. The manager did apologize and gave us a 10% discount but ultimately we didn't enjoy our meal. R155 is a decent price for a Mushroom.burger and it was a good portion with a good portion of chips/veg and onion rings. But if the meal wasn't prepared the way we asked and like it , the value just isn't there.

    Three times I was lately there. Always good. There is only one suggestion I habe to make. Please have more smaller steaks offered and as well for premium steaks like aged ones and others. The culture changes a little and I like to eat meat but not always that big steaks. Thanks and it was a pleasure again. Frank
