    I have been going to the Hussar grill for many years. The menu is always amazing Food preparation always excellent. I do understand that not every meal will be prepared at 100% as we are dealing with humans, so mistakes happen. It is what we do when something goes wrong is what really matters. Last night I ordered a blue cheese sirloin. Cooked medium rare. The steak came cooked to perfection. The problem is the sauce. I am a great fan of blue cheese and have had many blue cheese sauces or even gorganzola sauces. Last night's was the most disappointing ever. It seems that they have used a normal cheese sauce and then added a little blue cheese to that so it was very week. I complained, my meal was taken away to rectify the situation. When it came back it looked like they just replated my same steak with more of the same sauce. The manager asked if it was better, I said no not really. He then shrugged and walked away and that was the end of that. Seeing as nothing ws going to be done, i then just begrudging ate what was presented. This is extremely disappointing given that eating at your establishment is not a cheap exercise and there is therefore an expectation that you will get what you pay for. I am not very happy and do expect someone to contact me regarding this.

    We celebrated our tenth anniversary and Thuli gave us an exceptional evening with the right amount of attention and leaving us to chat. The food was excellent, Gift was also very attentive and so professional. The restaurant is a beautiful setting, the food was excellent and grear portion sizes. The pudding treat and complimentary bottle of wine and personally addressed card made the evening an 11/10. Thank you so much for an amazing experience.

    The food was amazing. The service was great. Maybe the lights could be dimmed a little as the sun goes down? The restaurant was very bright. Otherwise, a wonderful experience.

    Service was good and we enjoyed the restaurant. We were very dissapointed with our steaks which were like minute steaks and very dry. Not what one expects from a Hassar Grill franchise.
