This was hands down one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I have ever had. We were a group of 10 adults with kids and I had made a booking and paid a deposit. We arrived at 2pm for our 2pm lunch time booking. There were already warning signs when we didn't have a single waiter come to our table for 15 minutes. It was absolute chaos. For every single drink that we ordered we had to get up and go and get it from the bar ourselves. Our food took ages to come and only came after 2 hours of waiting. The 3 pizzas we ordered arrived 90 minutes later than the rest of the food! The "tiger prawn" pasta had tiny little shrimp and not a tiger prawn to be seen. The kids hamburger was complely overcooked and dried out. And when we complained the management just. shrugged their shoulders as if it was all completely out of their control which to be honest it seemed to be! We asked them to remove the pizzas from the bill which they refused to do despite having to wait 3.5 hours for them. And then we had to ask for the bill about 10 times. I can't help but feel the management has been greedy and has put too many tables for what they are able to cope with. They really seem to have no idea how to run a busy restaurant. It's such a pity as it's such a lovely venue with kids.

All the crockery served to our party of 3 was chipped - shocking and unhygienic. Chatted to the manager who blamed the kitchen staff- seriously? And blamed the latest supplier of crockery - really? Unacceptable.

Very poor service ! Waiting period is ridiculous- there is no order. I had a reservation for 14:00, it’s 14:55 and I still haven’t received my order. Food was disgustingly dry and flavourless! Everything about this place is terrible- no manager insight- just sloppy management and service. Wouldn’t recommend at all!

Took one hour just to place orders. Half the food eventually arrived and the other half when others had finished their meals. We ordered some steak medium rare and it came well done. Quality of food was not great for the price point. Way understaffed. Sorry but not a great experience on Father’s Day. Management should have planned ahead and staffed up accordingly. Complete management failure.
