    Service was excellent but everything else was mediocre - much nicer places to have lunch than this - I wouldn’t bother going back

    We had the most wonderful afternoon at The Lawns. The surroundings are beautiful, service fast and friendly and the food is delicious. There is a big variety of drinks to choose from and the presentation thereof is great. Definitely worth the trip!

    There are no lawns, there is Astro turf. There is no space to run around for kids because the tables are jammed so closely together. The waiter brought menus and then disappeared for 25 minutes. There are ditches all over the place which are dangerous for toddlers. It was an extraordinarily bad experience.

    Very average food at extreme prices. R550 for a baby kingklip! Nice location.
