The Melting Pot is a flavour packed, global food experience, serving contemporary small plates made for sharing. John’s cooking style is heavily influenced by his travels abroad giving you a culinary trip around the world in one sitting.     It really is a crying shame that The Melting Pot is closing its doors – the food is outstanding (if a bit coriander-heavy at times, but that's my own cross to bear!) and the setting is so lovely. Had another fabulous experience this past weekend; couldn't fault a thing and ate WAY too much, as per usual. And my husband nearly cried over the apple tarte tatin. Guess we'll have to wait and see what the crew do next!

    What a beautiful experience, sitting outside at the pool side in the garden. The food was absolutely delicious. A massive thank you to John and Sage for the great service and taking us to flavour town once again.
