    Driver - very engaging and customer focused. On arrival at restaurant door there were cigaret butts on the welcome/foot mat. Really not a great sight to a very up-market venue. Vista over JHB was breathtaking and more than spectacular. Waitron was lovely. 4 x Guests enjoyed their meal. 1 x Guest's Duck (Cherry & Orange) order was tough and dry. I tasted it too and it wasn't the same as my perfectly cooked Duck with Cherry & Orange. The vista as mentioned is out of this world. The interior to the restaurant area was disappointing, nothing special, too clinical, nothing to add to the ambience or comfort. Uncomfortably stark. It felt like tables and chairs had been haphazardly placed in an empty room.

    My friends and I had a Great time. The food was delicious. The service was great from the moment we got out of our cars to when we left. It was an amazing experience. I will definitely recommend the restaurant to other people and I will definitely come back. Thank you for a beautiful day.

    A wonderful way to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday! Everything was 5* including the magnificent view. I highly recommend the Kranz restaurant.
