    THE BEST dinner we have had in Joburg in a long time. There is so much quality in the food, service, ambience and we will go back for sure. Loved it!

    I’ve always enjoyed coming to The Prawnery, but unfortunately this visit was very disappointing. The food was not up to the usual standard, and we waited an extremely long time just to receive our starters. To make matters worse, our waiter made several mistakes with our order, which added to the frustration of the evening. What was most upsetting, however, was that a large tip was automatically added to our bill. Given the level of service we received, this felt completely unjustified and left a very unpleasant impression. We wont be returning.

    Magnificent restaurant and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was amazingly delicious!
