The Reserve Room is a Cigar Lounge with the most amazing seafront views in East London. A highly sort after room which has an amazing collection of Cigars, Whiskeys and Wines. It is a place for good conversations and great food.

    Very disappointing experience. We came for the “bottomless bubbles,” but the alcohol served was clearly cheap and not what was initially served and advertised. The manager handled our complaint well and tried to resolve the issue, but THE OWNER ( Mphumzi) completely ruined it. He approached us with a cigar, pointed fingers at my friend, told her to leave if she wasn’t happy, and even threatened to call security. Extremely arrogant and unprofessional. Regardless of what was said, that’s not how you treat paying customers. Would not return.
