    I just want to commend the service we received from one your waitresses named Russia. She made us feel welcome and was very helpful as we were quite a big table celebrating a 50th birthday.

    First time experience! World class environment! The waiters give you time to enjoy your meal but also very helpful. I’m definitely coming back again

    We had requested 3 different people to move the heater so it’d be between the tables, to accommodate both us and the table next to us. The first person we asked was the manager. And nothing was done about it. Only the third waiter was kind enough to make a plan. This lack of responsiveness negatively impacted our overall experience. The food was also very disappointing. The mashed potato was really not good, couldn’t even go past 2 spoons and the sauce used in the lamb shank wasn’t the best. The pork was too dry. The aesthetic and design is the only thing nice about the place.

    Customer service is excellent. The ambiance and food was fair but the breakfast plate arrived looking terribly unattractive, almost to the point of being unappetising. Some effort to at least garnish the plate would go a long way. The food was not bad in any way but upon arrival looked disappointing.
