The trendy Rockefeller Plaza is our main restaurant, offering an all-day dining menu with a range of sophisticated main meals as well as more casual wood-fire pizzas and tasty burgers. Children under 12 receive 50% off our standard menu (not applicable on the kids menu).

    We had celebrated a 21st and 52nd birthday. Our booking was for 18:30 we arrived at 18:10 and our table was not ready they had to asked people to get up from our table to clean it and set it. We had to look at how they set our table. We pre-ordered and paid for champaign. I had to get up after 7pm to go and asked where is our 4 bottles of campaign. We had pre-ordered and paid for a set meal. After 8pm we still did not get our starter. I had to go asked what is the ETA. After 9pm I had to asked again what is the ETA on our mains. They said its being plated 30 minutes later we still had no mains on the table. Eventually it came. Some of the plates had missing items and we had to request that they bring it in a seperate plate. We requested a birthday plate for the 2 people at the table that celebrated their birthday. The dessert came plain with now happy birthdau on it. The waiter however did apologise and gave them each a slice of cake. We were supposed to get bread for the table we never got the bread at all. My mood was already off by the time we sat down I was not about to beg for bread too. We ordered our drinks and our waiter came back to apologise that she took so long because she had to fight for glasses for our table. We had to drink our beverages straight from the cans. Our waiter is not to blame for what happened the kitchen and management is. It was badly organised. I will not willing go back to the restuarant again the service is not on good at all. I can unfortunately not recommend this place because of what we experience. It was supposed to be a joyous celebration but this was not the case at all.

    Outstanding! Maybe if we have had our own waiter the whole time and its took longer to be attended to because the guy had too many tables but he was good. The food was out of this world , very nice

    Service was tardy. The food was horrible. We had to send our drinks back THREE times for it to be what we have ordered. A rather disappointing experience.

    The food was amazing and the manager on duty was top class. She went out of her way to make the day special. Everyone enjoyed the event and I will definitely be returning.

    The waiter wasn’t to nice the way she serviced us was never mind on top of that we weren’t happy with our waiter but yet we had to pay a tip that they already added on the bill which was very wrong but Rockefeller as a place is very nice good vibes
