    Worst service. We made a reservation no one bothered to show us where to sit or even welcome us to the restaurant. After choosing a seat we were told to move so they can clean the table. I ordered a cappuccino the waiter forgot to bring me sugar I reminded him twice and ended up going to fetch it myself. He never came back to the table to ask if we are okay. We asked him for the bill he didn't come but kept taking orders from other tables. There was a guy running around probably the manager he assisted us with the bill and boxing our food because we asked our waiter for a box he never came back. I booked on dine plan and indicated that it was my birthday, worst restaurant experience. I noticed that people went to the Sanctuary because they want to create content not service, and we are all painted with the same brush. Had the worst birthday ever. Definitely not going back.

    The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and the manager and bar staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. They even prepared a custom platter for us, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the long wait for drinks – it took about 45 minutes for two strawberry daiquiris, and unfortunately, other tables that arrived after us were served first. This was a bit disappointing since we wanted to order more drinks but didn’t get the chance. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Thank you to all the staff for the warm welcome – we truly loved the place and would definitely recommend it!

    Thank you. Everyone enjoyed their meals. From pizza to fish to lamb shank. Dessert wasn’t available, but we’ll try some next time.
