    When visiting Windhoek, this is a must. Nestled in beautifzl surroundungs and nice shops, great Oryx and authentic grilled meat

We truly appreciated the opportunity to host your party of 25 guests and are pleased that the evening itself appeared enjoyable overall. Large group reservations require significant preparation and coordination from our kitchen and service teams to ensure a smooth experience for all guests. We understand that the billing of 25 set menus, despite one guest not making full use of the menu, was a concern for your group. As discussed, our standard policy for confirmed set-menu group bookings is based on the number of guests reserved and prepared for in advance, as the ingredients, staffing, and menu preparation are allocated accordingly prior to the event. That said, we do appreciate your feedback and understand your perspective. Feedback such as yours is valuable as we continually assess how best to balance operational planning with guest expectations.
