    I phoned in the morning to advise that we were celebrating a friends 60th birthday if they could just make it special for her! I was advised they would! Nothing, zero…. Very disappointed

    I keep visiting the hotel. Best service food Ohhh and I had to take the famous scones as a takeaway

    Staff tend to "stand around " and are very chaty amongst themselves saw 2 different tables that had to go up to staff to get their attention .
