    We had an awesome time with my friend choosing the inside sitting was a brilliant idea to add on the ambiance was a plas. Our waitress Hlumela was an amazing person friendly smile including the other staff and the negroni was the best I ever had. Definitely recommend the Wes

    Exceptional Service at the Wes ​If I could give more than five stars, I would. We dined here recently and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Michelle ​From the moment we sat down, she completely elevated our entire evening. It wasn’t just that the orders were right or the drinks stayed full—though they certainly were—it was the genuine warmth and effortless professionalism she brought to the table. She has that rare ability to read a room; she knew exactly when we needed recommendations and when to give us space, all while managing a busy section with a level of grace you usually only see in high-end fine dining. ​A Note to Management: I’ve eaten at many establishments, and talent like this is incredibly rare. To be blunt: whatever you are currently paying her, it isn’t enough. Michelle is a massive asset to your brand and is likely the reason many customers (including us) will be coming back. Employees of this caliber are the backbone of the hospitality industry, and she deserves to be compensated at a level that reflects the elite service she provides. Give this woman a raise! ​We’ll be back soon, and we’ll specifically be asking for her section. Thank you for a flawless night!
