Your Hosts - Matteo Santini & Maurizio Carlo. These Two where born and raised in Italy. Matteo In the Beautiful Bolognia and Maurizio in Fiery Florence. They have both Traveled the world for the past 10 years and Finally decided to Settle in our beautiful Cape Town. Together have taken over THE WOODLANDS EATERY as of the 01 June 2017.

They strive to incorporate authentic Italian cuisine combined with the delicious existing local flavors. We welcome you into their home and hope that you enjoy and feel part of the famiglia

    We all had pizzas which we throughly enjoyed. Unfortunately we had a table of 8 ladies close to us who were very loud so we battled to hear one another!!!

    Wonderful evening. Matteo is a warm and sincere host. Delicious range of flavours and textures throughout the meal which was paired with Beau Constantia wines. Attention to detail everywhere. Great vibes from Megan and her Beau Constantia team who introduced us to their mouth filling Cecily viognier and some of the other juicy estate wines.
