    The lady that accepted us , she made us feel like criminals. We are prokard members , she insisted that i had to print my form b4 i came. Where must i get a printer Not all ppl have printers. She embarresed me infront of my guest. The waier again , we said bring the drinks with the food, she brought it b4 the food. We ordered tea, shudnt tea comes with milk? The food was wonderful. Just the staff is very unprofessional.

    The ambience (love the piano being played throughout meal) sets you apart from the other Protea associated hotels I have been to. The service at this visit was excellent which just proves again that WHO (the person) you deal with makes the difference.

    The steak was very tasty just little tough. The chicken burger my daugter had was very dry , m sons beef burger he enjoyed
