    I understand a Rugby day was bound to be busy but if you can’t handle bookings, then don’t allow them. There was no one to greet us when we arrived and eventually after 10 minutes of waiting and staff not being able to help us; we left.

    Booked a table of 8. Arrived and told they couldn’t find booking. I then found the table but only 1 chair. They didn’t bring matter chairs for 45 minutes. We ordered drinks an an hour later hey hadn’t arrived. We left

    I ordered your pepperoni threesome and honestly the amount of pepperoni on the pizza was sad and underwhelming. It wasnt a "threesome", it was a lonely solo act at best

    The second time I have booked a booth at this branch for my family. I always arrive on time yet my booking and the booth given away. I have only ever been here twice so that’s my experience. The Staff are friendly but who ever is in charge of bookings needs help.
