    I went with my friend for quiz night and barely received any service. We were seated with menus handed to us and that was it. No one came to take our drink or food orders or check on us. We had to call someone to order milkshakes and that took ages so we decided not to order food

    I understand a Rugby day was bound to be busy but if you can’t handle bookings, then don’t allow them. There was no one to greet us when we arrived and eventually after 10 minutes of waiting and staff not being able to help us; we left.

    Booked a table of 8. Arrived and told they couldn’t find booking. I then found the table but only 1 chair. They didn’t bring matter chairs for 45 minutes. We ordered drinks an an hour later hey hadn’t arrived. We left
