    I previously gave Tiger's Milk Irene a negative review owing to a bad experience, but the management and staff invited us back to make up for the experience. Thank you for the initiative and the great evening.

    Not enough waiters to assist with orders the waiting time for drinks and food was terribly long. Service overall was below standard.

    We came for the chicken wings challenge which is clearly advertised on their Facebook and on the TV in the establishment. Waiters didn't know what was going on and the management had not much more to offer. They could not even tell us what the prizes were. We decided to skip the challenge, pay for our drinks and leave. Our waitress spent 90% of the time we were there clearly struggling with the payment console so we could not get her attention. When we eventually went to pay, we went to Piza e Vino in the same mall and had an excellent experience. Not impressed at all.

    Frank and Viking really went out of their way to create an unforgettable experience for our family. The ladies in the kitchen were like aunts to my children and they loved it more than any play area in some of the popular family restaurants. They loved making their own pizzas, finished everything and played games. Really a fantastic place that offers value for money!! Would recommend it to all parents that need a place where they can talk and the children are entertained without screens being involved! Full marks from us!!!!

    I attend most comedy session and the food here is honestly the worst. This time the waiter brought me ice cold chips to eat - it had onion in it - so it looked used or from another meal. When I asked the waiter he said oh enjoy? Like what on earth. Do not waste your time. I will certainly not anymore - pathetic customer service and putrid food.
