    I was given the seat I booked a month ago, they just shoved me to a tiny table in a corner.

    Firstly, they put my table right next to the open door and it was cold. I had to ask them to close it, and had to continue to do so multiple times throughout the evening as people were going in and out. When the waitress took my order, she didn't mention the special that was actually what I ordered without the drink. When I asked her, she just said she forgot about it. The food was very disappointing - tempura prawns were not tempura prawns, just fried in so much batter I had to look for the prawn. The fries looked like they were made in old oil. When my friend arrived, they took unnecessarily long with both his drinks. Then, when it was time to pay, there was an extra charge for a dip. When I questioned the same waitress, she walked away and didn't come back. Didn't even apologise for adding the dip to my bill. I'm used to much better service and food from Tiger's Milk in Cape Town. I would not recommend this branch.

    The waiter was absolutely in her own world. Didn't bother about our table service at all. Overall my first time experience there was disappointing The food was mediocre and honestly I expected more from such an elite restaurant.

    Drinks were disappointing - we had guests from JHB that wanted a few long islands, and we were told they don't have the premix. Apparently, they premix the spirits and use 2 tots from there to make the drink which was really disappointing as it killed the vibe thereafter...Please try to improvise when making your drinks, I'm sure the bar would have had the 5 spirits to make the drinks, but they refused. And the restaurant was not even busy for a Monday night...

    Highly dissapointed. i booked almost a week in advance and asked for an outside table, I then phoned to confirm that I would be able to see the big screen outside from my table to watch the football and was told that yes they would make sure. All excited to watch we show up and the lady starts taking us inside to a table that can't even see a small screen inside. We proceeded to leave and after walking everywhere else to find a place to watch the Bafana game, everywhere was full (not surprising and hence why I booked so far in advance). We ended up having to sit on the floor in the courtyard with no food or drink as it was our only option.
