    Prices are bit expensive

    Their service was terrible. Waited an hour to receive service. After finally getting an order taken the arrival of the order took another hour while still being wrong. Alcoholic beverages were served when the non alcoholic variant was ordered. My table was then charged for items that weren’t ordered.

    Food came cold. Waitress didn't get the orders right. Steak was not cooked to request. We had keep.looking for the waitress. She never came to check if we were ok.

    The food was absolutely tasteless. The fillet in the burger was burnt. Both of our burger’s had no taste at all. No even salt or seasoning in the food. The chips tasted like raw potatoes Bad, bad, bad Not some place I’d like to visit again and it was my first time

    Customer service was bad overall on the weekend event ,at arrival was not assisted by anyone on where to be seated even though I booked a table and arrived few mins late and it was given yet people came after us who didn't have tables and they accommodated them gladly. Then when asked to take our order we was then only told what u can order which was not anything we drink so we were forced to choose something just to keep the table as that was their reply . The pizza was terrible and too thin less filling.

    My reservation for 20:00 was given away to someone else, despite me arriving early at 19:30 and I called in on the day and spoke to the assistant GM to confirm my booking because they were having an event. Really disappointing service when u arrived, was told by the staff member u needed to be here early
