    The service was poor - took too long for anything to arrive, and was cold on arrival. The side dishes were tasteless. Will not be seeing me dine at this venue again.

    If there is a rugby big screen showing, people who reserved for the rugby should get preferential seating to see the screen over standard bookings. Please may you also get more outside heaters if possible.

    The worst experience ever !!! The manager is nothing short of delusional. Made a booking and some bookings take preference than the others??! Each and every table we sat in was booked yet I also made a booking. I’m never referring anyone to this place. Drinks took an entire hour and we literally left as they did not bring the drinks. Whoever is running tigers milk there by oceans mall has got a circus going on & that is definitely going to tarnish that establishments name!!! Everyone is rude , hostesses manager everything & everyone. Just one big shit show going on there!
