    After 10 minutes our waiter arrived to take our orders. No red espresso, no rump steak. Not a good experience on the night.

    The host spelt my man incorrectly. We waited 40 minutes for our breakfast and it was cold and burnt. The host was speaking with her colleagues and accidentally stood in front of the tv, when we asked her to please move, she gave us a stare then rolled her eyes and said “ Askies babes” so unprofessional!

    I took colleagues from Germany for dinner and I was very embarrassed due to the total lack of service initially. I made a reservation and we stood at the host / welcome desk for about 5 minutes and no one came to take us to our table so we just went in and took a table. The table was dirty - it had not been wiped down from the previous meal. After 15 minutes, I eventually asked the manageress if someone could come and serve us - which she did herself. She went to the bar to make our drinks as they were short of 2 barmen that night. The drinks came about 10 minutes later - which was not too bad. After another 10 minutes after receiving the drinks no waitress had come to the table to take an order. At this point we had been there for 35 minutes and besides the manageress taking our drinks order, no waiter / waitress had been to the table. I eventually had to ask someone to come and take our food order. The food took a while to come out and was cold when we eventually got it. The waitress did check up on us and took a 2nd drinks order. We have taken other international guests to Tigers Milk at the V&A before and it was great. But our last "experience" was just shocking!! Besides the awesome view I would definitely not recommend anyone take guests who have not been to Cape Town before there for dinner. I will go to other Tigers Milk restaurants because the food is usually good and there is always a nice vibe. But NEVER again to the V&A Tigers Milk. Extremely disappointing

    You ran out of chicken and burgers it was only 9 pm n stayed open to midnight . Waitress was not the friendly and you guys move extreme slow and food was not hot at all

    Terrible martinis; hamburgers, pizza, sliders were not very good. Lots of communication problems with wait staff. Sports bar; casual atmosphere. Would not return.

    Service was so slow, but not the waiters vault, I just think they are understaffed for such a big restaurant. The poor waiters can't keep up. Food was average, nothing to rave about.
