    Service was so slow, but not the waiters vault, I just think they are understaffed for such a big restaurant. The poor waiters can't keep up. Food was average, nothing to rave about.

    Food was great quality, service was very friendly and even when it got really busy, we still felt taken care of. Nice and warm inside. Music not too loud and soothing. We enjoyed our experience.

    Service and overall restaurant was such a let down. We stayed for 45 minutes without any assistance. Eventually managed to secure a booking at a nearby alternative . So disappointed as we were celebrating my son’s 16th birthday. I will not be visiting this Tigers Milk ever again. The review on Google is a lie that they are the highest rated out of all the franchises.
