    Excellent friendly and attentive service. Kitchen was quick to rectify an error. Overall a good place for a relaxing night out.

    We brought our overseas visitors. The food was totally overcooked. The chips were soggy. The service was extremely slow and the whole experience was nothing like it is advertised on your web site. We live in Cape Town and while you may get away with it with tourists who will not return I would def not recommend to anyone. Worst meal I have had in Cape Town The only good thing was the view of the harbour.

    The waiters/waitresses were lovely and attentive. The place was busy but that is ok. We would have preferred not to sit by the draws were there they were having to get cutlery as it felt a bit uncomfortable but it was alright. The mac and cheese balls to start were delicious. The chips and onion shoestring were very tasty. My ribs came and they were still frozen cold at one end. I don't like complaining so I didnt eat it. When they asked if everything was ok, I explained and the waiter apologised and offered to have it heated up but I no longer wanted the eat the meal and my partner had finished his meal already. The waiter feedback to the kitchen, when we got the bill they advised that the ribs meal had been removed and apologised again, this was greatly appreciated. Overall, I was disappointed as this was our first meal out on our honeymoon to cape town which I was excited about but I would return to try again however I would not order the ribs. Thanks

    No record of the Dineplan reservation. 15 minutes to get a drink order placed. Heavy construction work underway on the balcony. Wrong pizza brought to the table. 30 minutes to get the waiter's attention to pay.

    I had made a booking but when we got there there was no table prepared for us, we had to wait for 2 people to finish off at another table before we were seated, this did not take long but I found it a bit disorganized because we were not just walking in we made a booking. The food was ok, nothing to write home about. Mojito didn't taste nice. Beautiful views from seated outside.
