    We had the most incredible experience at Westown Tigers Milk! Thank you so much for hosting our sister’s surprise PhD graduation dinner, it truly turned into a night she will cherish forever. From the moment we made the booking, everything was seamless and hassle-free, which already set the tone for an stress-free celebration. On the day, the entire setup exceeded our expectations , the aesthetics were absolutely stunning, creating the perfect atmosphere for such a special occasion. The food? Simply amazing. Every dish was beautifully prepared and enjoyed by all 35 of our guests. The service was just as impressive,professional, attentive, and warm throughout the evening. A very special thank you to our waiter, Pamela, who handled a large group of 35 guests with such grace, efficiency, and calmness. Her organisation and friendliness did not go unnoticed, she truly made the experience even more memorable for all of us. We are so grateful to the entire team for making this milestone celebration so perfect. You gave our sister a graduation dinner she will never forget. Highly, highly recommended!🙌🙌❤️❤️

    Had a table of 14 guests for my wife’s Birthday and had the worst meals I have had out at a restaurant ever. The food took ages to come out even though there was only around 5 tables in the restaurant. The food was cold and the quality was extremely poor. I have eaten at Tigers Milk restaurants all over and have always been impressed but Westown has changed that view.Extremely disappointed and when I spoke to the manager , as every persons meal was the same I simply got a one word apology. What a pity for the poor quality food as the restaurant ambience was amazing with fantastic views on the upper deck. I really hope that the owner and Tigers Milk franchise takes note and gets in there to get some quality control in their kitchen.

    We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The scenery was absolutely beautiful and created such a relaxing, enjoyable atmosphere. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was just as impressive: friendly, attentive, and professional. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations.
