    This is not the greatest coffee shop in the world in my opinion. It is a funky place, but the service was very slow. The food was expensive, menu options limited and the food not fantastic. The coffee was really good, however.

    I have been to Truth many times over the years, and the best part about them is that the quality of the food, service and coffee has never faltered. Few can say so. It was a special occasion, made even more special by the complimentary "Happy Birthday" dessert - - THANK YOU! ♥️ We will continue to return, as always. 🎉

    We are regulars at Truth and bring all our overseas guests, but this last time was a big disappointment for many reasons. After 30 minutes of waiting for our coffees we reminded the waiter, who told us they had run out of cups. Then after another 15 minutes we suggested they give us paper cups since our food was getting cold. Finally almost an hour after ordering we got our coffees in paper cups. The bagels had the thinnest layer of cream cheese and were quite dry, so we asked for more cream cheese which they charged us for. We had to remind them twice about the extra cream cheese. Our waiter seemed on the ball, but the servers were not following through on delivering. He also told us some of the staff didn't show up for work. Normally with such a delay and unhappy customers an establishment would comp something on our bill, but after we requested it only one extra cream cheese was removed from the bill.
