Our story began in 1977 when four brothers opened the first Turn ‘n Tender in Johannesburg.

Since then we’ve become known for our love of great steak, excellent taste in wines and our warm and welcoming atmosphere where customers become friends. We are the place for all those special celebrations and everyday occasions, because here is where you create a lifetime of memories over a meal.

    Thank you the great new restaurant. Service and facilities are good. It is a bit pricey for this area. But the food was well prepared as expected in a restaurant of this reputation.

    Patrick served us with the most awesome smile and spoke French to us. The food was out of this world. Can’t wait to go back again.

    Everything was good, food cooked to perfection. Too much BBQ sauce on the pork ribs for my liking.

    We are regular visitors and the quality of service and food is getting better each time. Soon they will rival their Illovo branch which was our normal go to place. It was a special occasion for my daughters birthday and the extra effort from the staff was appreciated.
