Our story began in 1977 when four brothers opened the first Turn ‘n Tender in Johannesburg.

Since then we’ve become known for our love of great steak, excellent taste in wines and our warm and welcoming atmosphere where customers become friends.

We are the place for all those special celebrations and everyday occasions, because here is where you create a lifetime of memories over a meal.

    It was really easy to make a reservation. The staff were lovely. Sebongile was our Service Ambassador and she was excellent. We visited on both Friday evening and Monday at lunchtime. The meat was outstanding both times! This is my favourite restaurant.

    Even after putting in a request for my Boyfriend’s birthday, nothing was done while we watched other tables being celebrated

    I am a fan of Turn n Tender but didn’t enjoy my meal. I ordered beef ribs and got pork ribs instead. After asking the waiter she insisted that they were beef ribs. The were so dry and not even fresh.
