    We came to Urban Umami for a work lunch and the entire experience was shocking. When coming into the restaurant we were excited given the general vibe of the place. We ordered drinks and our food and the drinks, including water for the table, took an hour for us to get. The food came out after an hour and a half of waiting and that was for half of our table. The rest of us got our food about 2 hours after having been seated. So it was just an awkward time of some eating while some of us just waited. Overall the food was mid but the service in particular was what stood out. The restaurant wasn't full but you'd think we were in a restaurant in December with how slow the service was. It was extremely poor service on a weekday at lunch where we planned an hour lunch and stayed double that time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

    Terrible service .. We didn't even get to eat our food as it took forever to make, 1st Sushi kitchen closed then at 20:45, we placed an order for a steak & line fish at 22:00, we still had not received our meal and the manager kept promising 10 minutes
