    Shoutout to Tandai she’s always a great host🌸. The food was amazing The only bummer is the Ryuko menu is available on Dineplan at 3pm but thats the time it ends in the restaurant.

    From start to end, such an amazing experience. Making the recommended booking in order to avoid disappointment was a breeze. We arrived to a beautiful setting. Our waiter was patient and friendly, making brilliant drinks suggestions when I explained what I was hoping to drink. She did not hover yet we never needed to look for her. We made our food choices based on the amazing menu. The food was well presented. The flavour profiles were unique to the dish. The boa buns were pillow soft. The pork belly with grapefruit and charred corn was beautifully soft and juicy because of the ginger soy glaze. The dim sum with pulled beef, spring onion and basil is delicately presented next to a ponzu and soy dip. It also went amazing well with the asian-style soy sauce that the potstickers were in. The duck spring rolls was the perfect balance of crispy exterior and vibrantly rich interior. The cabbage slaw and sweet chilli sauce brought the balance of fresh and spicy to the dish. The calamari with kimchi and yuzu teriyaki Bao is well paired, with the kimchi carrying the flavour with the calamari. All in all, a great evening spent with friends, experiencing an equally great food and beverage layout.
