    We can't wait to go back! Norman was extremely hands-on with service, and so was Prosper! The special was also incredible - steaks cooked to perfection and hands-down the best roosterkoek we have ever had.

    My overseas visitors were very impressed by the quality of the food and the excellent service. They liked the idea of the potjie been served in the little black pot. As a local I will definitely be back, maybe for the next rugby match.

    Veldt was everything and more. From the starters to the desserts and cocktails. We got stuck in traffic which made us 45 minutes late but we called to update them and they were still able to accommodate us. Friendly wait staff and the look and feel of the restaurant is so warm. The steak that just melts in your mouth, the fresh crispy on the outside and soft on the inside fries, the large sharing platter with various meat options and braai broodjie that tastes like it was made with so much love. Best food and restaurant, I will definitely be going back soon.
