Villa Bianca has just released its new menu incorporating Sushi and emphasis is on fresh imported Scottish Salmon as well as fresh export quality Tuna, both of which are now available on the normal menu in the form of: Grilled Salmon, Seared Tuna Steak, or the delicious Tuna Espatada which is cubed Tuna Steaks grilled and skewered with Haloumi cheese, red peppers, green peppers and onions served with rice or chips and Japanese style stir fried vegetables, Fillet on the Bone prepared in Villa Bianca’s favourite way; “Chateau Briand Style”, topped with pan-fried Camembert Cheese and a Cranberry reduction.

    Worst experience of Villa Bianca!! We went for dinner at one of our favourite places. We have always appreciated the ambiance, great service and good food. Regrettably, this time it was not the case! Every time we tried to order something it was out of stock. We were a big table of 10 people, which were a lot of people to satisfy. It was a given that we would wait a little longer to get all our food and drinks all together. But we had to constantly try and find our waitress or ask Management if we can get service. We only got our main meals after almost 3hours since we sat down. We had very important oversees clients with us, which we recommended the restaurant. As we thought it was one of the best restaurants. We were very wrong in this regard. First we had a few drinks, then the Coke Zero was out of stock. Our clients ordered Belvedere Vodka and it was out of stock. They then ordered Sky Vodka had about two drinks and that was out of stock. Lastly, they settled for Absoluut Vodka which also became out of stock. They then switched to Jameson, had one drink and then also out of stock. Even something simple like the still water. We ordered two large bottles for the table, when we wanted to order more they said the water was out of stock. One person had the Sirloin, couldn’t even cut through it, and sent it back. Others had the catch of the day, this was done so dry all four of the clients that were looking forward to this meal, sent it back because it was “such bad cuisine”. We were highly disappointed in how the Quality of service and food have gone down of which once was “The Restaurant” to go to. We can assure you that Villa Bianca will not be seeing us again.
