Villa Bianca has just released its new menu incorporating Sushi and emphasis is on fresh imported Scottish Salmon as well as fresh export quality Tuna, both of which are now available on the normal menu in the form of: Grilled Salmon, Seared Tuna Steak, or the delicious Tuna Espatada which is cubed Tuna Steaks grilled and skewered with Haloumi cheese, red peppers, green peppers and onions served with rice or chips and Japanese style stir fried vegetables, Fillet on the Bone prepared in Villa Bianca’s favourite way; “Chateau Briand Style”, topped with pan-fried Camembert Cheese and a Cranberry reduction.

    Food was excellent, service was great. Great of the waiter to show some pictures of their recommendations. Even items not on the menu. Menu is extensive, with options for everyone.

    We enjoyed the Sushi special and was so impressed. The presentation was out of this world and the sushi was delectable. Best sushi we have ever had.

    Two things 1.There was a group that were drunk that totally created a bad vibe. 2. My wife fainted. Thank you to the managers immediately assisting. So much for our waiter Enzo who disappeared and was more worried about cleaning the table and me paying. Otherwise Villa Bianca is still an awesome place. I have been eating ther since the 90s
