Villa Bianca has just released its new menu incorporating Sushi and emphasis is on fresh imported Scottish Salmon as well as fresh export quality Tuna, both of which are now available on the normal menu in the form of: Grilled Salmon, Seared Tuna Steak, or the delicious Tuna Espatada which is cubed Tuna Steaks grilled and skewered with Haloumi cheese, red peppers, green peppers and onions served with rice or chips and Japanese style stir fried vegetables, Fillet on the Bone prepared in Villa Bianca’s favourite way; “Chateau Briand Style”, topped with pan-fried Camembert Cheese and a Cranberry reduction.

    We have been dining at Villa Bianca for more than 20 years. Although we appreciate the expansion of the business I feel Villa Banca has lost its finesse. Over the past 2 months we have dined there twice with international guests. At both occasions we had challenges with the service. Last night the waiter rolled his eyes when we could not decide if we wanted to place another order of the sushi special. Most of the waiters and managers are new and one wonder about the staff retention of the new business model. We regard Villa Bianca as our "family" restaurant, but we miss what the restaurant used to be.

    My 1st time visiting......Wow Wow Wow I simply loved it. Definitely the Best restaurant in the East Rand ❤

    Honestly incredibly disappointed with everything. I had called multiple time to make a reservation for two table near each other (sushi special doesn’t allow for more then 8 people at one table) and sat us at opposite sides of the restaurant, service was really slow and staff were less then accommodating and not to mention half the menu was sold out

    We walked in there at 13:30. We ordered the sushi special. The first order only came in at 14:30. The second order was placed at about 13:00. The fists order was also incomplete . At 15:00 I walked to the kitchen seeing our second order was standing al.alone on the table in front of the kitchen. No service and no waiter in sight to bring us food. I spoke to the manager and we packed up and walked out. A very unpleasant experience and terrible service, from what we got at previous occasions. We will definitely look somewhere else next time

    Music wasn't great. Lamb shank needs work. Perhaps serve the gravy on the side. Lamb tasted like it had been boiled

    Thank you for your stunning venue...love visiting Next time please inform your customer when having and asking about the special give THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS as well from the start. As was not explained when attending and I ask 3 different staff members how the special works event the 1 was manager...only when done and to pay when I asked - then was explain. Do not see on your website as well so please look into this to service customers with ALL the information when visiting your restaurant
