Villa Bianca has just released its new menu incorporating Sushi and emphasis is on fresh imported Scottish Salmon as well as fresh export quality Tuna, both of which are now available on the normal menu in the form of: Grilled Salmon, Seared Tuna Steak, or the delicious Tuna Espatada which is cubed Tuna Steaks grilled and skewered with Haloumi cheese, red peppers, green peppers and onions served with rice or chips and Japanese style stir fried vegetables, Fillet on the Bone prepared in Villa Bianca’s favourite way; “Chateau Briand Style”, topped with pan-fried Camembert Cheese and a Cranberry reduction.

    Was a disappointing experience. The kitchen forgot to add garlic to our snail dishes. Our extra portion of veggies arrived after our meals were finished. The calamari dish was tasteless. The tiramisu dessert was tasteless. Used to be our go to restaurant for special occasions. We won't return. We won't return

    Thoroughly enjoyed the Birthday celebration under supervision of Nomsa and very competent Servers. Loved the meal and the warm , friendly service

    I love to dine with you guys with my family, it is always a wonderful experience. This time around there was a Manager called Philani who was so rude to us when I asked for an ice bucket for our wine, he chastised me I was take aback. He really ruined everything for me and we were there for my Aunts birthday. But our actual waiter Tumi truly turned things around and was a true ambassador for kindness and true customer satisfaction. It's shocking to see people like Philani being managers and treating guest so poorly, as a manager he should be an example but he really was a poor representation of what I know Villa Bianca to be terrible terrible service above all else shouting at customer who are a all female table in the thick climate of GBV in our country. I truly hope some sort of disciplinary action.
