Villa Bianca has just released its new menu incorporating Sushi and emphasis is on fresh imported Scottish Salmon as well as fresh export quality Tuna, both of which are now available on the normal menu in the form of: Grilled Salmon, Seared Tuna Steak, or the delicious Tuna Espatada which is cubed Tuna Steaks grilled and skewered with Haloumi cheese, red peppers, green peppers and onions served with rice or chips and Japanese style stir fried vegetables, Fillet on the Bone prepared in Villa Bianca’s favourite way; “Chateau Briand Style”, topped with pan-fried Camembert Cheese and a Cranberry reduction.

    Waitress sounds as if she should be in a call centre. Promoting the chef’s recommendations is so well rehearsed but delivered very impersonally. Spoken too fast and with an accent makes it even worse to understand. Very mediocre experience

    Dining at this restaurant was an absolute delight from start to finish. The atmosphere was elegant yet inviting, with impeccable attention to detail in both the décor and the service. Every dish was beautifully presented—fresh, artful, and bursting with flavour. The sushi itself was outstanding—each piece perfectly balanced, showcasing the quality of the ingredients and the chef’s skill. The staff were warm, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations that elevated the experience even more. Would absolutely recommend.

    Not happy at all. We booked a table for 18 3 x days in advance and specified it’s a special occasion for family visiting from Australia. We wanted to order 1 x Chicken breast fillet but was told it’s finished. We wanted to order the Volcano chocolate dessert but was also told it’s finished! Very dissapointing for bringing family from Australia.
