Villa Bianca has just released its new menu incorporating Sushi and emphasis is on fresh imported Scottish Salmon as well as fresh export quality Tuna, both of which are now available on the normal menu in the form of: Grilled Salmon, Seared Tuna Steak, or the delicious Tuna Espatada which is cubed Tuna Steaks grilled and skewered with Haloumi cheese, red peppers, green peppers and onions served with rice or chips and Japanese style stir fried vegetables, Fillet on the Bone prepared in Villa Bianca’s favourite way; “Chateau Briand Style”, topped with pan-fried Camembert Cheese and a Cranberry reduction.

    Over the past 6-7 years Villa Bianca was always a special place. We have maybe eaten more than 30times there. We normally go there for a special event or celebration. Yesterday was just a bad day i guess… we waited more than 1hour20min for the sushi, did not bring all the food. They forgot our order, made excuses..We were just patient but this was just not good at all!

    It felt as if we were denied proper, attentive service simply because we were a group of young people. The waiter was also not very willing to assist when requesting a different chair since one of our party members had had back surgery earlier this year and could not sit on the "default" chairs. Eventually it was sorted out but the tentativeness of the service did not improve.

    We went for the sushi and dim sum special, our booking was for 12:30, we only received our sushi after 14:30. Upon arrival we ordered Hong Kong pears, then the waiter came back to tell us there was only 1 left. We find out later, the kitchen is low on stock because of a party held there on Saturday night, and the guests only left at 3am. I get that, sure, but management would have knowing this party booking, a ordered accordingly to ensure Sunday service is not affected. We further found out there was only 1 person on the sushi station. Now i get all these factors, however, none of them were unplanned, and should not have to affect my experience, especially when i came early. People got food before us, who had come after us. 2 of our sushi plates were wrong. It ruined our experience, and I have to feel short changed when i still paid for the full experience, but some food items were not available. Really bad planning, you should have just had a sign "special not available today" rather than making people wait 2 hours for food.

    Our waiter, Itumeleng, provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was incredibly attentive, always willing to help, and took the time to guide us through the menu with excellent recommendations. His friendly attitude and professionalism made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Truly 10/10 service we’ll definitely be coming back!

    Food and the vibe was fantastic however the waitress really made the experience unpleasant, Can barely speak English and each time her story changed when we asked how the sushi menu worked and what choices we have on the menu. But other than that the restaurant was fantastic. Will definitely revisit, and it worth a visit if you reading this and thinking of going, Just asked to be served my someone else if you get served by Samantha

    It took an hour to get our orders. Even if it wzs not packed that much but it will take about 10-15min to get just a drink. Even though it was not packed that much it would take long to pay for our bill though we have already received the bill and just waiting for the machine. Other than that, your food is great, the plce is clean, the atmosphere is wonderful.
