    Went for the seafood buffet. Very limited in terms of prawns. They ran out 40 minutes into dinner. I took guests with me. Was disappointed. Other meals were good. Service was good. We did get a 10% discount on the bill, but not the point. Need to up their game for that bit.

    Absolutely disappointing. There was no food period. Buffet opens at 6.30pm. We got there ar 7pm and there was such a poor selection & all the Bain Marie's were almost empty. Had to ask to fill and still there were scraps literally. My 1st & last time there as I took 8 other guests & was so embarrassed.

    I booked a table at Balmoral hotel for my boyfriend’s birthday and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff took such great care of us. They were friendly, attentive and professional. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect and everything ran smoothly. A big thank you for making the night so special!
