    After 3 hrs of searching the place we gave up. Description how to get there is wrong, as well as coordinates for GPS, you end up at Vondeling Farm. Not really customer friendly !😒👎.

    The food was very mediocre and not value for money. The wines are very expensive in the restaurant compared to the wine tasting prices. This is a wine estate but the restaurant is a ripoff. The steak was expensive and tasteless. Not going back there soon

I’m truly sorry to hear that the experience fell short of your expectations, particularly in regard to the food and the sense of value for money. This is not the impression we wish to leave, and I would like to understand more so we can address the concerns properly with our team. You also raised an important point regarding wine prices. Our wine tasting room offers Vondeling wines at cellar door pricing specifically for off-consumption purchases. In the restaurant, however, both Vondeling and other wines are priced according to a standard restaurant model, which includes the operational costs and service elements associated with the dining experience. These mark-ups help support our team, the environment we maintain, and the service we aim to provide at a high standard. That said, the wines must still feel fair and aligned with the quality of the experience, and your feedback is invaluable in reviewing this balance. I’m particularly concerned to hear that the steak was disappointing, and that the overall meal did not offer the quality you expected. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this briefly over the phone so I can better understand what was served and where things may have gone wrong.
