    The service was not great. We waited for around an hour to get our food. We then ordered dessert both of which came cold. It was the small details that were missed such as not bringing enough cutlery, no napkins, no check ups to make sure if anything was needed etc.

    Place packed and the service was slow. We waited 20 minutes just to get a waitress and the food took forever to arrive. The manager tried to make us move to an unpleasant table and we refused because we had made a reservation. Food was amazing but the service was the worst.

    ZOR was an absolute disaster and disappointment. We were there to celebrate my friends birthdays and for a good 40minutes we sat there and no one attended to us. Not one person came to take our orders nor check if we have been served. This also happened to another group of ladies that were seated near by. The waiters were all out of sight. We called what looked like the Manager Manseeh i think was his name and asked to be helped and he seemed to be preoccupied by something else and still we got no waiter. Then after a couple of minutes we called for another waiter who was passing by and asked to be assisted and still no one came. We decided to leave the restaurant after being totally ignored for almost an hour; even then no one bothered to ask why we leaving. The restaurant was not full at all and yet their service sucked. This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant.

    The hostess of that place was not welcoming at all. She moved us from our table claiming that she needs it for 4 people and she lied, the people were 2 and they put us on the side table that was squeezed in. The food was just normal food. The music was too loud. I did not like that restaurant! The only good thing was that our waitress was nice and did well.

    A little slow service for a Monday . Great aesthetics. It was warm and the food was good. Lamb shank falling off the bone and the beef tongue cooked to perfection with great flavour.
