    I assume it was cause it was busy the only thing I enjoyed was having a kind waiter otherwise not the best experience.

    I am not rating Zor at all, not even 1 star. Their service is not good at. When we walked in with my partner there was no one there to take us to our reserved table, we waited and after 10 minutes someone came to us and gave us any random table telling us that the place it’s packed and we should settle for that table. We sat on that table hoping to get helped with a menu so that we can order drinks and food no one came to us we sat there for a whole 30 min while the waitresses were just passing our table without asking if we’ve been helped or not.

    Service was poor, and the restaurant wasn’t even that packed when we got there, but the lady that served us made us feel like we were wasting her time, she rushed everything, when the bill came we tipped her a little because we felt she was undeserving and she was so upset

    I was very disappointed as I booked upstairs and it was confirmed but when I got there I was told I can’t sit there as there was an event, we were given another table downstairs but 2 people from the event sat at our table and we were having a private moment which was distracted, it was very disappointing I must say
