    I arrived in time for my cooking but no one attended to me till 45 minutes later and even then if took more than 15 minutes to prepare my drinks order

    I booked 2 weeks before the actual day for 4 people and somehow when we got there, they didn’t have any table for us and we literally had to follow the waitresses around for them to assist us, they then gave us a table that accommodated 2 people and it was kinda broken, that was it we left disappointed… didn’t even order anything

    I assume it was cause it was busy the only thing I enjoyed was having a kind waiter otherwise not the best experience.

    I am not rating Zor at all, not even 1 star. Their service is not good at. When we walked in with my partner there was no one there to take us to our reserved table, we waited and after 10 minutes someone came to us and gave us any random table telling us that the place it’s packed and we should settle for that table. We sat on that table hoping to get helped with a menu so that we can order drinks and food no one came to us we sat there for a whole 30 min while the waitresses were just passing our table without asking if we’ve been helped or not.

    Service was poor, and the restaurant wasn’t even that packed when we got there, but the lady that served us made us feel like we were wasting her time, she rushed everything, when the bill came we tipped her a little because we felt she was undeserving and she was so upset
