Manor House celebrates local produce, with a wine list that is similarly rooted in Overberg terroir. We have always wanted Manor House to be a place where locals can enjoy really good food and great service, but now attract gourmands from across the globe and are delighted to have become something of a destination restaurant.
Open daily for breakfast and dinner, and for lunch Wednesdays – Sundays.
Children under 10yrs welcome 8am – 7pm.

    My opinion is that you dont mess with a menu that works I wasn't really impressed with the calamari starter..a bit soggy. The kitchen made us our favourite cheese souffle on request which was pleasing. The pork belly was excellent . Sago meringue dessert wasn't a winner with ladies but the chocolate cake dessert very good. Kitchen service was slow . Alex is always superb with wine and service. Not my best experience but the scenery makes it relaxing and welcoming. Pamela Trevelyan

    Lady P, sorry to have missed you - always lovely welcoming you to Manor House! Thank you for this feedback, much appreciated. And the good news is that we finally found the balance between our regular guests who do not want us to change any of their favorite items, and those who say "it is time for a menu change again".! :-) Seasonally we change some items, but you will always be welcome to give us a heads-up that you are coming for your favorite cheese souffle, your favorite fried (and not grilled) calamari etc.. the chefs are more than happy to make old favorites on request. Re the tapioca dessert: we decided to change it to a warm Apple&Pear crumble with clotted cream. Tapioca is one of my go-to desserts, but i accept that we do not need to subject our patrons to it! ;-) We look forward to your next visit, warm regards, Elsabe
