Our love for fire and story telling has led to the creation of VUUR.

VUUR, the Afrikaans word for fire, is the main form of cooking used in the preparation of all the food items during your dining experience at VUUR.

Each plate of food is delicately paired with a wine from Remhoogte Estate and served straight from the fire to your table.

We believe in offering the experience to only one group at a time, thus we offer a private dining experience for yourself, your family or friends.

We are lucky to be surrounded by nature and have wildlife on our doorstep, sometimes you can even see them from the dining table.

    An absolutely unique and enjoyable experience! Every dish was tasty and full of flavor. Everyone was very friendly and we would love to return next time we visit the Cape Town area!

    Very special, amazing abd exclusive setting. Superb Service, individual requests regarding food/allergies are considered. Spend an afternoon with lot's of wine and great food at Vuur, you won't regret!

    AWESOME! Had a birthday celebration lunch there this passed Saturday. The staff, the food, the service, the ambience, everything was just perfect! Tina and the rest of the staff made sure we left feeling part of the family. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality, till next time...

    VUUR is an experience..... it was a bucket list for me and our family & friends.. a special occasion celebrating a belated birthday as well as the final day of school for our son. What makes VUUR exceptional is Tina and her team...the food is a bonus. The stories combined with the food and excellent wines. All i can say is THANK YOU......
